Privacy

Rack Pack Sports Cards (“we”) runs this shop at the URL you used to open this page. This policy covers that site, including Re-Rack pack boards and Rack Pack singles.

What we collect

• Account name, email, and shipping address when you register or check out.
• Order history, offers, and watch-list picks on your account.
• PayPal transaction details PayPal sends us after payment.
• Technical basics such as IP address and browser, used to run and secure the site.

How we use it

• To fill orders, ship cards, and send tracking.
• To handle Make Offer and watch-list notices when that system is on.
• To meet tax and record-keeping rules in the United States.
• We do not sell your name or email list.

Payments

Card payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store full card numbers on this site.

eBay

Some singles may also appear on our eBay store. eBay has its own privacy policy. A sale on either channel can remove that card from the other.

Cookies

We use session cookies so you can stay logged in, keep a cart, and use search. You can block cookies in your browser; checkout will need them.

Retention

Order and tax records are kept as long as U.S. law requires. You may ask us to close a shop account; we may keep the order record.
